Who we are
Bright Status is operated from Gdansk, Poland. For any privacy question, contact privacy@lapol.nscp.fun.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email address and hashed password.
- Billing data: company name, VAT number and billing address. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers.
- Monitoring data: the URLs you monitor and the results of our checks (response times, status codes, certificate details).
- Technical data: IP address and browser information in server logs, kept for 14 days for security purposes.
How we use it
We use your data only to provide the service, send alerts you configured, bill you and answer support requests. We do not sell personal data and do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Where it is stored
All data is stored on servers in the European Union. Sub-processors (email delivery, SMS, payments) are bound by data processing agreements.
Retention
Check results are kept for 13 months. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days, except invoices we are legally required to keep.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
